Cancellation Policy
24 hours’ notice of cancellation is required or a 50% charge will be made.
Deposits are non-refundable unless 24 hours’ notice is given of cancellation.
To confirm group bookings or long bookings a deposit or credit/debit card number will be requested.
Please note that all prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Any Wahanda or Promotional/Gift vouchers will be invalidated for no shows on scheduled appointments or when less than 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or re-scheduling is provided.

Please check the times of your booking, and we always send a text reminder 24 hours before your appointment.
All promotions are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with promotional vouchers or other promotions.
Promotional offer or vouchers must be mentioned at the time of booking.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment to allow time to fill in any consultation cards to ensure this is not taken out of your treatment time.
