To begin, your feet are soaked in a soothing warm bath and an invigorating scrub is used to exfoliate your feet followed by removal of hard skin, leaving feet left feeling silky soft. Nails are then trimmed, filed, buffed and cuticles are softened and treated. All finished off with a relaxing foot massage where reflex zones are worked to leave you floating home. Then finished off with an application of Gelish colour of your choice.

1: Apply cuticle oil twice a day, ensure you remember to apply under the free edge too.
2: Always wear gloves when you are washing up, gardening or cleaning and if you catch or break a nail, please book a repair appointment.
3: Do not pick, peel or bite your nails. They are not indestructible. Gelish is designed to create an adhesive bond to the natural nail plate and if picked will damage your nail.
4: Do not file your nails unless absolutely necessary take care to file gently and finish in a downward stroke.
5: Never clip your gels as this could cause the gel to crack, split and lift.
We use Hot Wax for the more delicate areas like the bikini area, face and under arms. The wax literally shrink wraps around the hair by doing this the wax does not stick to the skin resulting in a more pain free waxing experience. When the wax is removed it pulls from the root of the hair follicle. By doing this it prevents the hair breaking, in-grown hairs, bruises and redness and the painful sting associated with other types of wax. REMEMBER with an experienced therapist you will NEVER go really red or be bruised!!

You may experience slight redness after a waxing treatment but this is normal. However, if this lasts for more than 48 hours please feel free to contact me for further advice. After your wax, keep the waxed area clean and avoid heat for 24 hours, therefore avoiding:
- Hot baths or showers (warm water only)
- Tanning (natural sunbathing, sun beds or fake tans)
- Saunas, hot tubs, Jacuzzis or steam room treatments and avoid swimming pools
- Sports, gym work or other exercise which will increase perspiration
- Ensure your hands are washed and clean before touching the area
- Do not apply deodorants, lotions or other products to the area, other than those recommended by your therapist for 24 hours.
After about a week start to exfoliate 3 times a week with exfoliating gloves, this will remove dead skin cells which will help the new hairs to grown through and will avoid you getting in-grown hairs!

Ideal for nights out, weddings or other special occasions, holidays, or just for an everyday healthy glow. Our spray tans are applied using the award winning Fake Bake. A light mist is sprayed over the body giving a natural looking tan, guaranteed not to go patchy on the hands and feet. The tan lasts 7 – 10 days varying person to person. When coming for your appointment you need to have clean dry skin (no moisturizer or deodorant), wearing dark clothes to avoid staining. Water should be avoided for at least 8 hours.
The treatment is provided by a qualified beauty professional. The tan is applied to your skin as a mist via a spray gun used by the beauty professional. You tan will be tailored to your specific requirements or for a particular occasion. You will be provided with a disposable thong, and foot protectors to ensure your soles aren’t discolored. You may wear your own bikini, however it could be discolored during the application. It is generally believed that the professional spray tan application provides the most even tanning results because the atomized Fake Bake tanning liquid is applied to the skin perfectly uniform.
